How a NEMO rack is built.

Every rack we ship is built by BlüTech GmbH in Germany — the same factory that has supplied bike racks to European van conversions for two decades. We don't badge-engineer or re-spec. We localize, warranty, and ship.

    Engineered to a factory chassis, not adapted to it.

    Every NEMO rack is built around a specific OEM chassis — Ford Transit V363, Fiat Ducato (RAM ProMaster). Mounting points use original threaded bosses. No drilling, no spacers, no compromise on door swing.

    FITMENT — bolt-on to factory boss. 180° rear-door clearance.

  2. 02

    Two-stage corrosion protection.

    Bare steel is cathodically dipped (KTL) for inside-out coverage on every weld and seam — the same coating system used on chassis subframes. A matte-black powder coat goes on top for UV, abrasion, and salt-spray resistance.

    COATING — KTL cathodic dip + matte powder. Salt-spray rated.

  3. 03

    Load-tested for two e-bikes, real-world.

    26 kg dead weight, 70 kg cargo capacity — enough for two full e-bikes including batteries and a touring kit. Lateral swivel lets both rear doors open fully without unloading.

    RATED — 26 kg empty · 70 kg load · 96 kg gross.

    Localized, warrantied, shipped in the US.

    NEMO holds inventory, parts, and warranty service in the US. If something fails, you don't ship to Germany — you ship to us. Two-year warranty, no surprise import charges, no language barrier.
